→ Toppings & Decoration
07 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives
08 - 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
09 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions
10 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
11 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
12 - 1/4 cup sour cream (for piping yard lines)
13 - 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeños (optional)
→ Dippers
14 - 2 bags tortilla chips
15 - 1 bag pretzel sticks (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Evenly spread the refried beans on a large rectangular platter as the base layer.
02 - Carefully spread the sour cream over the beans, leaving approximately a 1-inch border around the edges.
03 - Spoon the guacamole over the sour cream, shaping it into a smooth green rectangle to resemble a football field.
04 - Layer salsa evenly along the outer edges around the guacamole field, then sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the salsa border.
05 - Pipe yard lines and end zones on the guacamole using reserved sour cream via a piping bag. Arrange sliced black olives along the edges as players or fans. Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro over the cheese border. Add shredded lettuce at the ends to simulate turf.
06 - Create mini goal posts at both ends of the field using pretzel sticks if desired.
07 - Serve immediately with tortilla chips on the side.
