13 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
14 - 3.5 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
15 - 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

→ Cheese & Eggs

16 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
17 - 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
18 - 2 large eggs

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat thoroughly.
02 - On a lightly floured work surface, roll the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Lightly brush the surface with olive oil to ensure crispiness.
03 - In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until aromatic. Stir in parsley, thyme, basil, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat once herbs are fragrant.
04 - Spread the garlic herb sauce evenly across the prepared pizza dough.
05 - Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
06 - Distribute chopped spinach, sliced bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms over the cheese. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
07 - Create two shallow wells among the vegetable toppings and gently crack one egg into each well.
08 - Carefully transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp, the cheese is melted, and the egg whites are fully set.
09 - Remove pizza from oven, let cool slightly. Slice and serve immediately for best flavor.
