01 - 3 packets ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
02 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
07 - 1¾ cups whole milk
08 - 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

10 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, optional
# Directions:
01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles just until tender, approximately 2 minutes. Drain thoroughly and set aside to prevent overcooking.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add butter and stir until melted. Sprinkle in flour and whisk to form a smooth roux. Gradually pour in milk, whisking continuously, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 3–4 minutes. Incorporate Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, gently combine drained ramen noodles, shredded chicken, and prepared garlic-Parmesan sauce until evenly coated. Transfer mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
04 - Toss panko breadcrumbs with olive oil or melted butter in a small bowl. Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the ramen and chicken mixture. Top with chopped parsley if desired.
05 - Bake dish in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes or until the topping is golden-brown and the filling is bubbling. Allow to rest briefly before serving.
