11 - 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

02 - Toss Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon salt, and 0.25 teaspoon black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet with cut side down.
03 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and crisped on the edges.
04 - While sprouts roast, season steak cubes with 1 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika.
05 - Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak cubes in a single layer, working in batches if necessary. Sear 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove to a plate and tent with foil.
