# Directions:
01 - Combine chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; mix to coat evenly.
02 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high. Cook chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
03 - In a medium bowl, toss diced mango, avocado, red onion, bell pepper, cilantro, and lime juice gently. Season with a pinch of salt if needed.
04 - Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
05 - Arrange lettuce along the center of each tortilla. Place grilled chicken strips on top, spoon over mango-avocado filling, and add salsa if desired.
