09 - 2 tbsp finely chopped purple cabbage (blue ring) or blue food coloring

→ Decoration

10 - 10 small fresh basil leaves
11 - Edible gold dust or sesame seeds (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Slice the mini bagels horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter in the pattern of five interlocking Olympic rings.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
03 - Separate the cream cheese mixture evenly into five bowls. Incorporate one topping into each: black olives for black, yellow bell pepper for yellow, dill or chives for green, tomatoes or roasted red peppers for red, and purple cabbage or blue food coloring for blue. Stir each until uniform.
04 - Spread each colored cream cheese mixture generously onto two bagel halves matching the Olympic ring colors.
05 - Form the Olympic rings by arranging the decorated bagels with slight overlap. Garnish each ring with a fresh basil leaf and optionally sprinkle edible gold dust or sesame seeds to emulate medals.
