05 - 4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
06 - 2 cups orange juice, chilled
07 - 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
08 - 1 liter ginger ale, chilled
09 - 1 liter lemon-lime soda, chilled
10 - 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
11 - 1/2 cup simple syrup (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Arrange orange and lemon slices along with cranberries evenly in a Bundt pan or ring mold. Pour water or clear fruit juice over the fruit to cover. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
02 - Dip the mold briefly in warm water to loosen the ice ring. Invert it carefully onto a serving plate.
03 - In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup if using. Stir thoroughly.
04 - Just before serving, gently fold in chilled ginger ale and lemon-lime soda to preserve carbonation.
