12 - Fresh parsley sprigs (for tree branches)
13 - Cherry tomatoes, halved (for tree ornaments)
14 - Yellow bell pepper, sliced into a star shape (for tree topper)
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread one quarter of the cream cheese mixture over the surface, leaving a half-inch border.
03 - Layer smoked turkey slices over the spread, then scatter diced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped fresh chives evenly on top.
04 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up for slicing.
05 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and filling. Once chilled, unwrap and slice each roll into six pinwheels.
06 - Arrange the pinwheels on a large platter in a Christmas tree shape, wide at the base narrowing to the top. Insert pretzel sticks at the bottom to form the trunk. Decorate between pinwheels with parsley sprigs, halved cherry tomatoes as ornaments, and top with a yellow bell pepper star.
07 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
