03 - 1/4 cup whole or 2% milk

04 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
06 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

09 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
10 - Pinch of smoked paprika
# Directions:
01 - Add the uncooked macaroni and water into a large microwave-safe mug (minimum 12 oz capacity) and stir to blend.
02 - Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir.
03 - Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the pasta is al dente and most water is absorbed, totaling 4 to 5 minutes. Monitor closely to prevent overflow.
04 - Incorporate milk, shredded cheddar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder; stir until combined.
05 - Microwave for an additional 30 to 40 seconds until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
06 - Stir again, season with salt and black pepper, then optionally garnish with Parmesan and smoked paprika. Serve immediately.
