# Directions:

01 - Wash and thoroughly dry all vegetables.
02 - Slice the cucumber into ½-inch thick rounds, cut the red bell pepper into strips, and trim radishes leaving a small portion of green stem intact.
03 - Place a cherry tomato atop each cucumber slice, add a basil leaf beneath the tomato as a hat brim, and crown each tomato with a mozzarella ball to resemble a pompom. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
04 - Arrange the assembled Santa hat vegetables on a serving platter. Fill remaining space with cauliflower florets, broccoli florets, radishes, bell pepper strips, and baby carrots to create a festive display.
05 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, chives, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
