# What You Need:

01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee

02 - 3 tablespoons well-stirred tahini
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch of sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - ½ cup plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until completely smooth and blended.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
03 - Pour cold brew coffee or chilled strong coffee evenly into each glass over the ice.
04 - Divide the tahini mixture between the glasses and stir thoroughly until fully combined with the coffee.
05 - Top each glass with plant-based milk for a creamy consistency and gently stir to blend.
06 - Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, then serve immediately.
